 Top Nigerian musician, 2baba, has reacted to the invasion of the National Assembly complex by Department of State Services (DSS) operatives on August 7. Reports of the apparent siege took over the internet as it was on-going in the early hours of the day.

 Many Nigerians immediately reacted to the news, including 2baba, who aired his opinion on his Twitter page. The unlikely activist made it known that only a few know the true happenings surrounding the fight for and against democracy as regrading the siege that shut down the legislative arm of the Nigerian government.

 He expressed his disappointment over the current situation of the country and stated that Nigerians should wary of being fooled by certain people who are playing games with 'no shame

Head coach of the Super Eagles, Gernot Rohr, has dropped his assistant coach, Yusuf Salisu, from his team setup for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Seychelles. Chelsea boss, Maurizio Sarri has insisted that he will not play the style of game introduced at the Stamford by his predicessor, Antonio Conte.
